Brand systems studio

A brand your team can run after we hand over the files.

We build the identity, the rules behind it, and the templates that apply it: decks, pages, emails, social. Then we hand over every source file and leave you able to keep it consistent without booking us again.

The actual problem

Most startups do not have a brand problem.

They have a consistency problem. The logo is fine. The colours are fine. But the deck, the site, the invoice and the LinkedIn banner were each made by a different person in a different week, and together they read as four companies.

That is not solved by a new logo. It is solved by deciding the rules once, writing them down, and building the templates that make following them the easy option.

What that looks like day to day

  • Three versions of the logo in circulation and nobody knows which is current.
  • Every deck starts by copying the last deck, so old mistakes travel.
  • Your developer picked hex codes off a screenshot.
  • New hires guess, because there is nothing to read.
  • The founder is the last approval on a social post at 11pm.

What we do

Eight things, done properly.

Each one is scoped, priced from a published number, and delivered with the source files.

Brand identity

Positioning, logo, palette, type, and the rules that hold them together.

Logo design

One mark, drawn on a grid, in every format and lockup you will need.

Design systems

Tokens, components and documentation your developers can build from.

Landing pages

Fast, accessible pages designed and built to match the brand.

HTML email

Templates that survive Outlook, Gmail clipping and dark mode.

Social media

Post systems and templates so a non-designer can ship on time.

Design retainer

A designer inside your week, without the hire or the notice period.

How it runs

Four phases, fixed scope, written decisions.

  1. Audit

We look at everything you already use and write down what is inconsistent and why it matters. You get this even if you stop here.

  2. Direction

Two routes, not eight. Each one argued in writing so you are choosing on reasoning, not taste.

  3. Build

The chosen route drawn out properly: mark, palette, type, layout rules, and the applications you actually send out.

  4. Handover

Source files, fonts, a written system, and a walkthrough call recorded so your next hire can watch it.

Fit

Worth a conversation if

  • You are past the first ten customers and the material is starting to sprawl.
  • You have raised, or are about to, and the deck has to hold up.
  • You have a designer in-house who needs a system to work inside.
  • You want to own the files, not rent them.

Probably not a fit if

  • You need a logo by Friday for under twenty thousand rupees.
  • You want twelve directions to circulate for a team vote.
  • You are looking for an agency to own marketing execution long term.
  • The decision-maker cannot join the direction call.

Before you ask

The five questions that come up first.

How long does an identity take?

Four to six weeks for the full build, assuming feedback comes back within two working days. The audit is week one, direction week two, and the rest is drawing and documenting.

Do we own the files?

Yes. Every source file, in the format it was made in, plus the fonts or the licence details for them. There is no retainer required to open your own artwork.

Will you work with our existing logo?

Often, yes. If the mark is sound and the problem is everything around it, we will say so and scope a system instead of a redraw. That is a cheaper project and we will tell you.

Who actually does the work?

The person you speak with on the first call. There is no account layer and no handoff to someone you have not met.

What if we need changes after handover?

Thirty days of small fixes are included. After that it is either an hourly rate or a retainer, and most teams need neither, which is the point.

Tell us what is inconsistent.

Send the deck, the site and the last thing you were unhappy with. We will reply with what we would change first and what it would cost.
